This website (812-tiles-survive.com) and its associated Discord bots (Rosie, Layla, and Tarzan) are a fan-made community project for players of Server 812 in the mobile game Tiles Survive! By using this website or interacting with our Discord bots, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Not Affiliated with FunPlus

This is an unofficial, fan-run community project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to FunPlus, the publisher of Tiles Survive!, or any of its partners. All game-related trademarks and content belong to their respective owners.

3. Acceptable Use

When using our website or Discord bots, you agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Discord's Terms of Service.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the bots, servers, or infrastructure.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other members of the community.
• Exploit bugs in the bots or games for unfair advantage; report them instead.

4. Discord Bots & Games

Our bots provide community features, entertainment commands, and games (including "812 Conquest"). Game progress, scores, and virtual items have no real-world monetary value and may be reset, adjusted, or removed at any time. We make no guarantee that any bot feature will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

5. User Content

Any content you submit through the bots (such as messages, names, or game actions) may be processed to provide the service. Do not submit content you do not have the right to share.

6. Availability

This is a volunteer-run project provided "as is" and "as available." We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website or bots at any time without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators of this project are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the website or bots. Use of the service is at your own risk.
