No hitting bases within the state.
No hitting players on gathering tiles.
No targeting or harassing other players.
Encouraged to hit out-of-state mines and trucks!
Only hit gold mines with 1,000+ gold bars — and use some common courtesy, don't be greedy about it.
People will be held accountable for dirty hits and for targeting specific people. This includes base hits, truck hits, chats, and reporting. BEHAVE!
If you're found to violate the NAP, you will be held accountable by your own leadership. The listed penalties will be implemented and any infractions will be brought to the server council to ensure the appropriate level is applied.
